Collection: Yotsui Noodle Factory
It is said that the origins of Nagasu noodles date back to the Edo period.
The Usa Plain was originally an area blessed with land, water, and climate, and wheat grew abundantly.
The coast facing the Suo-Nada Sea is rich in salt,
In the clear waters of the Ekidate River basin, wells are always watered.
Nagasu noodles were born in such an ideal environment.
It is still made the traditional way, drying in the sun,
These noodles have a deep flavour, having absorbed the minerals from the sun and sea breeze.
Familiar with TV and magazines,
Please enjoy the carefully crafted noodles made by Yonai Noodle Factory, which was founded in 1919 (certified by the Minister of Labor and a noodle-making technician factory).
