Founded in 1919, we use carefully selected ingredients, including a blend of locally grown wheat.

The noodles are made with a lot of time and effort, with the dough thoroughly aged and dried in the sun.

It has a strong texture, a unique elasticity, and a clear, smooth finish that goes down easy.

How to boil it deliciously

(1) Bring plenty of water (at least 10 times the amount of noodles) to a boil, then add the udon noodles (break them up) and mix.
(2) Turn the heat to high and boil for about 7 to 10 minutes (cook cold udon noodles longer). Boil until cooked to your desired doneness. Once cooked, drain in a colander, rinse with cold water, and enjoy cooked as you like.

Cooking method

Udon is good both cold and hot, and is perfect for all udon dishes. The noodles are firm, so it is delicious when cooked in a pot after a hot pot, such as mizutaki. You can also put boiled noodles directly into hot soup.
