-When we receive your claim to cancel your order before your order is dispatched, we will refund the original order.
-No refund after your order is dispatched or for the past order.
- If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we'll make it right by replacing the product or making a refund
The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred when shipping product back to us, unless the item is faulty.
