Since 2021, we have been working on an undersea aged wine project.
The seabed at Tsurumi Fishing Port in Saiki City has a stable water temperature throughout the year.
It's the perfect environment for aging wine.
We are proud to be Georgia's leading natural winemaker, and we want many people to feel happy when they try Tanini wine.
We are particular about soil preparation, so we do not rely on pesticides or fertilizers for our cultivation.
We limit human intervention to an absolute minimum so that the grapes and wine can grow freely, and above all we believe in the power of the earth, the grapes, and the qvevri.
The most important thing for winemaking, as well as for the cultivation of grapes, is the soil of the Qvevri and Marani, which simply remains "natural".
Our Marani vineyard is located in a mountainous area at an altitude of 1,200m, which keeps the earth at a low temperature throughout the year, allowing the wine to rest in peace for a long time, which has a positive effect on its aging.
